Truckee Gravel IS

June 27, 2026

April 20, 2026

And just like that, race season is in full swing.

Sea Otter has ended, and Levi's GranFondo is barreling toward us, and we're already looking ahead. Truckee Gravel returns Saturday, June 27th — landing perfectly at the front end of an early Independence Day holiday week in the Sierra. If you've been looking for an excuse to burn some PTO, this is it.

Book your stay (and pocket $100 while you're at it)

Our friends at Visit Truckee-Tahoe put together something worth your attention. Book a two-night stay through their portal and they'll hand you a $100 Sustainable Truckee gift card, redeemable at 60+ local businesses across Truckee Tahoe. Hotels, cabins, campgrounds — whatever basecamp suits you, and most of them are a short spin from the course and the post-race festival at Riverview Sports Park.

Book your stay here.

Four days, one race, zero reasons to leave early

This weekend is built for more than just the hour(s) you'll spend pinned. Here's how it shakes out:

The course

Pure magic. A tour of Tahoe National Forest with distances to suit every ability level. Whether you're in it to win it or out there to soak in the scenery, we've got a number with your name on it. We also have a brand new mapping tool, Lanterne Rouge, which lets you deep-dive into various parts of the course to understand what's going on along the way. We don't have every little detail finished for Truckee Gravel quite yet, but we're going to give you a sneak peak right here: VIEW THE MAP.

You can do things like click on the route you want to see in the map, or change the background layer, zoom in and click on segments and aid stations. You can also switch it to 3D mode which is pretty cool to give you more of a sense of what it's like out there. As we get closer to the event we'll throw in some extra bits like photos and possibly even some course video so you really do get a sense of what you're working with at Truckee Gravel. Give it a look.

Juniors race completely free.

You read that right. Free. Zero. Nada. Because groceries cost what they cost, the kids are eating us out of house and home, and the last thing a family needs is another line item. One small catch: meal tickets are a separate purchase. Gotta feed the little engines somehow.

Bring a friend. Save some money.

Races are better with the people you train with, suffer with, and argue about tire pressure with. Our group buy program rewards you for rolling deep — gather your crew, register together, and save. The more the merrier, and the cheaper.

See you in Truckee.
